In case your computer crashes, the record is still there, & you may at least listen trash metall while reinstalling your OS
You don't need to buy a record player every 3 years, you don't need to configure it for 3 days before you listening to music.
You record collection raises in price, if your music taste is ahead of time.
& you must never bring your harddisk to the toxic waste , because we love to buy vinyl in lots.
