Side A offers 2 tracks 'D-Vote' is the first. Sort of downtempo, takes you by surprise and back an odd 20 years with this brilliant version'On My Mind' is a little more upbeat. Still attractively retro. Side B The first track 'No More' reminiscing of those vocal experiments in between R'n'B and House common to NY, London and Detroit some years ago. It plays like a Revival floor-filler. The second track on side B is 'Got To Have', more in the House realm; with heavier bass lines yet quite soulful by vocals and lyrics.[was] |
